John is a CFO consultant at PGM, LLC. John has 35 years of non-profit accounting experience, 30 years in a Director of Finance or Accounting Manager role. For the most recent 11 years, John was the Director of Finance for a social service agency in the Portland area. During that time John managed a $7 million budget, restructured the federal reimbursement billing system, brought preparation of federal cost reports in house, and recovered over $250,000 in denied claims billing.
